Delhi Labour Welfare Board 
All payments from the Fund amounting to:
- Less than five hundred rupees may be made in cash and
- Five hundred rupees or more shall be made by cheque issued by the Welfare Commissioner.
Provided that the Board may, in any particular case for special reasons, authorise such payment also in cash.
